The balls must come out one after one. - Turn the cage until rectangular apertures are aligned with the housing, then withdraw the cage and the star. - Turn the star and insert one segment into one of the rectangular aperture, swivel the star from the cage. The joint component including balls same seize , must only be fitted to the correct side. Clean the component,examine for crack, wear and damage. The vibration, noise on turns left or right, and noise on taking up drive, you have worn drive shaft joints. To reassembly is same operation to dismantling, the difference between is you insert the balls back.
